MGIVE provides placement facilities to its members organization and individual. After training testing and certification efforts are made to place the candidates in manufacturing & services sector industries.

MGIVE take up the matter with the industry organizations such as CII, FICCI, PHD, ASSOCHAM, to provide placement facilities to its candidate. MGIVE also maintain a data bank of small and household employers to cater their workforce requirements.

MGIVE has designed and developed its courses and training and testing methodology. Its courses and training and testing methodology are as per requirements of employers so that MGIVE can make available job ready employees to the employers.
